Home Group Leader Ongoing Training Series

Here you can find our short, ongoing training series designed to guide and grow you as a small group leader. Please listen to the first two prior to your first meeting and listen to at least three others during your first ten-week season. These are designed to be easy to digest and to be listened to on-the-go, but they are also important enough to sit down with a pen and paper to take notes as you listen. These lessons will augment the initial training we did in person and provide you with ongoing lessons in small group leadership.
